As a specialist in large hydraulic cylinders, we are able to cater to your individual requirements. Our team of experienced and highly trained product developers, engineers and production specialists develop and manufacture hydraulic cylinders for the most demanding operating conditions. Our production facilities are equipped with a wide range of machinery, allowing us to meet the most exacting specifications.
We master challenges. Our engineering and consulting expertise allows us to provide optimal solutions.
We also offer our manufacturing expertise for processing complex components and large parts according to your mechanical drawings.
We see ourselves not only as a manufacturer, but as your development partner at eye level. On this page, you will find a full description of the services we offer, as well as an explanation of our working methods.
As a specialist for special cylinders, we optimise existing designs and find new solutions for your challenges.
That's why every customised hydraulic cylinder is individually tailored to your requirements. Always reliable and to the highest quality standards.
We have bundled all of our expertise, i.e. design, engineering and production, in one place - our home base in Herzogenrath near Aachen. This means you benefit from our short communication and production paths.
This gives you these benefits in particular:Thanks to our direct access to planning and production, we can react flexibly right from the development stage.
In accordance with your requirements, we advise you on the selection of the appropriate piston rod coating and a fitting sealing concept - suitable for your application with the highest safety requirements even under aggressive environmental conditions (corrosion resistance) and high loads.
In addition, we can draw on decades of experience in the selection of stroke measuring systems and bearing technology in various applications.
We process numerous materials for the production of our hydraulic cylinders, such as structural steels, stainless steels, heat-treatable steels and non-ferrous metals.
On request, we are able to design your hydraulic cylinder in accordance with the relevant standards and prepare a corresponding certificate, for example in accordance with:
Our company is proud to utilise state-of-the-art methodology for the design and calculation of our cylinders. We use our engineering and FEM analysis for this purpose.
Our machinery, which enables us to manufacture hydraulic cylinders with piston diameters of up to 800 mm - and even larger in special cases - is also a great benefit.

We will inform you without obligation about how we can supply you with customised and innovative products for demanding projects with deep-R.
Our goal is to develop hydraulic cylinders that make a difference.
A difference for our customers because they enable them to build more powerful or space-saving machines - and a difference for the environment by reducing CO2 emissions wherever possible and developing products that set sustainability standards in our industry.
In co-operation with Wirsing Industrial Research and leading institutes at the RWTH, we have been able to develop the ground-breaking deep-R technology for our customers.

Research
is the solution for you if you answer yes to one of these questions:
We overcome technological challenges with engineering: We succeed in advancing, improving and optimising hydraulic cylinders thanks to our highly trained engineers and our proximity to research institutions.
We are constantly developing new solutions for our customers' challenges.
This has resulted in our deep-R technology.
We work on new solutions every day to raise your hydraulic cylinders to a new level.
Design and calculation according to the latest standards - Finite Element Method (FEM)
We use modern calculation methods and software to develop the optimum design for your application. With the help of the finite element method, design problems can be identified, analysed in more detail and solved:
With the knowledge of the stresses acting in a complex component, the design can be optimised.
By using FEM analyses in the design process, we are able to identify and eliminate critical points on components at an early stage.
This prevents oversized designs while increasing safety at the same time. On request, we can provide you with a detailed proof of strength - for example based on relevant standards such as DIN EN, FKM guidelines or DNV.
savety
Computer-aided FEM analyses can be used to investigate non-linear effects such as material failure, buckling and instabilities. These calculations ensure that our designs comply exactly with the required safety standards. This analysis is particularly important for hydraulic cylinders for cranes, as it guarantees stability and reliability under the highest loads.
Cost savings and efficiency
FEM analysis enables the design to be optimised in terms of resources while maintaining or increasing component strength and rigidity. FEM therefore also focusses on the development of lightweight solutions. In addition, you save time and resources in the development of prototypes.
Precision
With the help of FEM analysis, precise calculations and simulations can be carried out - even for issues where conventional calculation methods reach their limits.
Innovations and expertise
By analysing complex components and operating conditions, we can gain new insights and create innovations - as we have proven with our deep-R technology.
