Our story
ACONA-Hydraulik GmbH was founded in 1955. To this day, ACONA is still owned by the founding family. This gives us and our customers security and stability. Over the years, we have continuously developed and specialised. From a ‘me-too’ supplier to a specialist in the planning and production of highly stressed hydraulic cylinders.
We offer sustainable and reliable customised solutions, regularly invest in employees and machines and have set ourselves the goal of taking your hydraulic cylinder to a new level.
Our hydraulic cylinders are used worldwide in large global corporations and local family-run companies.
By the way: In 2018/2019, we developed the innovative deep-R surface hardening process in collaboration with Wirsing Industrial Research and the Machine Tool Laboratory at RWTH Aachen University.

A look at our production
At ACONA, you get everything to do with hydraulic cylinders from a single source - from advice from our experienced experts, through engineering, production and manufacture of the components, to assembly.
To enable us to manufacture large-format hydraulic cylinders for our customers and carry out tube machining directly on site, we stock carefully selected machines from well-known manufacturers such as Weiler, Heyligenstaedt, DMG Mori, Gehring, LAGUN and Boehringer.
We are constantly expanding our wide range of machinery.
